This online storefront is owned, maintained, and operated globally by RESKY GROUP PTY LTD, a legally registered corporate entity in Australia, with management led by BRETT WATKINS.

1. Currency of Transaction
- United States Dollars (USD): All prices displayed on our product pages, shipping matrices, and checkout portals are denominated strictly in United States Dollars (USD).
- International Conversion for Singapore Customers: While our primary target market is Singapore, all payments will be charged and settled in USD. If your local bank account or credit card is denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or any other local currency, your financial institution will automatically convert the transaction amount from USD to your local currency.
- Please note that zorda.shop is not responsible for any international currency conversion variances, foreign transaction fees, or processing charges levied by your card issuer or banking partner.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure a secure and seamless checkout experience, we utilize international payment gateways. We currently accept the following payment instruments:

- Payment Failures: If your card issuer declines the authorization for payment, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In such events, your order status will remain unfulfilled until a valid payment method is successfully processed.
4. Billing Information Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and highly accurate purchase and account documentation for all transactions made at our store.
- The billing address provided must match the exact address registered with your credit card issuing bank.
- Inaccuracies or discrepancies between your billing data and shipping destination (Singapore) may trigger our automated fraud detection system, resulting in a temporary hold or cancellation of your order for security purposes.

- Singapore Customs & Taxes: Depending on the current import regulations enforced by Singapore Customs, your heavy bulk furniture items may be assessed for local Goods and Services Tax (GST) or administrative customs clearance fees upon entry into Singapore. Any such statutory fees implemented by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer and are independent of the checkout billing handled by zorda.shop.
7. Refunds and Billing Discrepancies
- Refund Base Currency: Any refunds issued due to cancellations, structural defects, or approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method in USD.
- Bank Adjustments: Due to fluctuations in global currency exchange rates between the date of purchase and the date of refund, the final amount reflected in your local currency statement may vary slightly from the original charge. zorda.shop does not cover or refund differences caused by banking exchange rate margins.
