Thank you for shopping at zorda.shop (operated by RESKY GROUP PTY LTD). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we specialize in high-quality furniture (nightstands), please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
All prices, fees, and refunds on our store are processed in United States Dollars (USD). While our primary market is Singapore, all monetary transactions will be settled in USD.
1. 14-Day Change of Mind Policy (Non-Defective Returns)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your nightstand for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, or the style does not fit your room), you have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a "Change of Mind" return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The nightstand must be completely unused, un-assembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all protective foam, hardware packet, and instruction manuals included.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase from zorda.shop.
Important Notice on Shipping Costs: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for the international return shipping costs back to our return center. Because furniture items are bulky and heavy, shipping costs can be high. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Singapore "Lemon Law" Compliance)
We take great care in packaging our furniture, but we understand that transit issues can happen. In compliance with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), commonly known as the "Lemon Law":
- If your nightstand arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, you are legally entitled to a remedy within 6 months of delivery.
- What you should do: Please inspect your nightstand immediately upon arrival. If you notice any structural cracks, missing vital components, or manufacturing defects, contact us immediately at support@zorda.shop with your order number, clear photos, and video evidence of the issue.
Our Remedies for Defective Goods:
Depending on the severity of the defect, zorda.shop will offer one of the following solutions at no cost to you:
- Send you replacement parts or hardware to resolve the issue.
- Replace the defective nightstand with a brand new unit (we will cover the replacement shipping fees).
- If a replacement is unavailable or practically impossible due to unreasonable costs, we will issue a partial or full refund in USD.
Please note: The Lemon Law does not cover damages caused by customer misuse, accidental drops, improper self-assembly, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send items back to the sender's address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment automatically.
- Because your order was paid in USD, the refund will be issued in USD. Please note that your local bank or credit card company may apply currency conversion rates or fees to convert the USD back to Singapore Dollars (SGD), which zorda.shop is not responsible for.
- It generally takes 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we aim to dispatch orders quickly, you can only cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered our fulfillment pipeline or been handed over to the international carrier. If the item has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard 14-day return protocol outlined in Section 1 after the package arrives.
