We are pleased to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to Singapore. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no hidden handling fees at checkout. The price you see for our nightstands is the final price you pay for shipping.

2. Shipment Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Because nightstands are bulky furniture items that require structural inspection and secure protective packaging before transit, our shipping timeline is divided into two parts:

  • Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality tailoring, security inspection, and robust crating.
  • Transit & Shipping Time: 7 to 13 business days. This is the duration it takes for your nightstand to travel from our international fulfillment hub directly to your designated delivery address in Singapore.
Estimated Total Delivery Window: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 8 to 16 business days from the exact date the purchase was successfully completed on our store.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your nightstand is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • This email will contain your unique tracking number(s) and a direct link to the tracking portal.
  • The tracking information will become active and show live updates within 48 hours of dispatch as the package clears our outbound international logistics hub.

4. Bulky Item & Large Furniture Delivery Logistics

  • Doorstep Delivery: Standard free shipping includes delivery to your front door or apartment building lobby. If your residential building does not have a working elevator and requires our courier partners to manually carry heavy boxes up multiple flights of stairs, additional local handling layout options may need to be arranged with the courier directly.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (GST)

For shipments entering Singapore:

  • zorda.shop covers the international freight charges entirely.
  • However, your package may be subject to standard import customs regulations, inspection clear fees, or the Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) upon arrival at the border.
  • Any additional customs documentation requirements or local import taxes implemented by Singapore Customs are the sole structural responsibility of the recipient.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided during checkout.

  • Please audit your delivery address and contact phone number carefully before finalizing your order.
  • If a furniture package is returned to our fulfillment warehouse because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address or because multiple delivery attempts were ignored, the customer will be responsible for the actual administrative and freight costs incurred to reship the item.

7. Damages in Transit

If your nightstand arrives with structural damage to the external box or internal components, please do not worry. We stand firmly behind our products.

  • Please take immediate, clear photos and videos of the damaged packaging and the specific product defects.

  • We will evaluate the evidence swiftly and coordinate a brand-new replacement unit or necessary hardware parts at zero additional cost to you, in total alignment with our Return and Refund Policy.
